BREAKING THE CYCLE
Jack’s parents run Breaking the Cycle, a not-for-profit organisation that takes youth at risk off the street and places them into training, enabling them to find employment. Jack’s father Vic is the Managing Director, Jack’s mother Gayle is the Head Trainer. Jack spends much of his upbringing at fundraisers and in his mother’s classroom as she teaches life skills and personal development.

DROPS OUT OF DEAKIN UNIVERSITY TO START FIRST BUSINESS
Jack enrolls in a Commerce & Law Degree only to drop out three months later. His eagerness to learn caused him to drop out and start working on his first venture, a marketing agency in Melbourne.
2007
CO-FOUNDS MBE GROUP
MBE trained business owners on how to raise money from investors, acquire companies, and ultimately build value to exit. Clients executed over $300 million in transactions, propelling MBE to become one of Australia’s fastest growing companies.

FOUNDS THE ENTOURAGE
Founds The Entourage which goes on to become Australia’s largest business coaching and growth agency, with a global community of 950,000 business owners.

BRANSON CENTRE SOUTH AFRICA
Jack is invited to contribute to the development of the curriculum at The Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship in Johannesburg, South Africa. In the coming years, Jack would frequent Sir Richard Branson’s home of Necker Island.

JACK RELEASES HIS FIRST BOOK, ‘UNPROFESSIONAL’
Unprofessional was Jack’s first book capturing how to start and grow a business. Jack recorded the audiobook at Audible’s Headquarters in New York, It quickly became a best-seller, putting Jack on a global stage. Jack’s next two books, Unwritten and Elevate would also go on to become bestsellers.
